The Insole Court Trust is looking for Trustees with backgrounds in:

Strategic Finance; Change Management; and Fundraising.

Captain Sir Norman Lloyd-Edwards, KCVO, GCStJ, RD*,JP, RNR (Chairman):

Retired Solicitor, former Lord Mayor of Cardiff and Lord Lieutenant of South Glamorgan, Patron of FIC and of a number of other local organisations.

Mrs Yvonne Apsitis, CQSW, Dip SW. (Company Secretary):

Qualified Social Worker; Vice President UK Home Care Association; Social Entrepreneur; Committee Member of Friends of Insole Court and Insole Court Residents Association.

Mr Laurence Roblin

Mr Laurence Roblin, BA, CPFA (Treasurer):

40 years' public sector financial experience, including Cardiff Council, Wales Audit Office, and Wales Government; involvement with grant funded projects. Member of Friends of Insole Court; honorary auditor of Insole Residents’ Association.

 

Mr William Michael Clarke, BSc, CEng, MICE, MBEng.

Chartered Civil Engineer specialising as a Structural Engineer, practising in Llandaff for the last 30 years. Director of a local property company and Chair of Tennis Wales Ltd.

Family has been involved at Insole Court since it was first built and great-grandfather William carried out a lot of the works in the early 1900's.

Chair of Victorian Society in Wales; Area Chair of West Mercia & Wales NADFAS; Trustee of Cardiff Civic Society and the two Ruperra Castle Trusts; Member of Welsh Historic Gardens Trust Planning Committee; qualified Building Surveyor; PhD candidate with some teaching duties at Cardiff University
